Payment process
When you are charged, how, and what happens after payment.
You are never charged at submission. An order is reviewed and quoted first, and payment is requested only once it has been approved.
How it works
- You submit an order. Nothing is charged.
- We review it and it moves to Approved, with the price shown on the order.
- You pay by card from the order page.
- The order moves to Paid and goes into the design queue.
Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach DUX servers.
Receipts and currency
A receipt is emailed as soon as payment succeeds, and the order page keeps a record. You can set your preferred currency in your profile.
