Order status explained
What every status means, who it is waiting on, and what happens next.
Every order moves through the same pipeline. At any moment the status tells you one thing above all: whether it is waiting on us or on you.
Waiting on us
- Submitted — received, being reviewed. We approve or come back to you, normally within a working day.
- Assigned — a designer has picked it up.
- In progress — the design is being worked on.
- Revision in progress — we are reworking something you sent back.
Waiting on you
- Approved — reviewed and quoted. It moves forward once payment is made.
- Preview ready — a preview is available for you to check before the final files are produced.
- Fulfilled — the final files are delivered and ready to download. The order stays here until you approve it.
- Revision requested — you asked for changes; it will move to Revision in progress shortly.
Closed
- Completed — you approved the delivered files. This is the only status that closes an order normally.
- Rejected — we could not proceed, with the reason on the order.
- Canceled — the order was withdrawn.
Only your approval moves an order to Completed. That sign-off is also what starts the clock on how long your files stay instantly downloadable — see How long your files are kept.
