Updating your profile
Keep your practice details, address and photo current.
Your profile is what our team sees when they work on your cases, so keeping it current is worth the two minutes. Open it from the menu under your avatar, top right.
What is worth filling in
- Your practice or clinic name — this appears on your orders.
- A phone number, so we can reach you quickly about a case rather than waiting on email.
- Your specialty, which helps us pitch the level of detail in reports correctly.
- Your address, used for delivery and invoicing.
- A profile photo, so your name has a face against it in conversations on an order.
Your email address is your sign-in identity and cannot be changed from the profile screen. Contact support if you need it changed.
