Notification settings
Get alerted on your phone when something needs you, even with DUX closed.
Everything that happens on your orders appears in Notifications. You can also have your phone alert you, without keeping DUX open in a browser tab.
Turning on phone alerts
- Open Notifications from the menu.
- Find the Phone notifications card and choose Turn on.
- Allow notifications when your browser asks.
- Use Send test to confirm it works.
On an iPhone or iPad you must add DUX to your Home Screen first — open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and open DUX from the new icon. Apple does not allow notifications from an ordinary Safari tab. Android works straight away.
It is per device
A notification permission belongs to one browser on one device, so turning it on for your phone does not turn it on for your laptop. Repeat it wherever you want alerts.
